While upgrading to the latest version of Service Center, I’ve encountered problems while trying to burn the image to DVD. What should I do?
In rare cases, users have experienced problems creating the diagnostic media, which can impact the upgrade process. If you experience this issue please enter a support ticket at www.pc-doctor.com/support and we will arrange to have media sent to you. Please ensure that only DVD +/- R or RW 4.7GB media is used. Dual Layer (DL) media is not supported.
