PC-Doctor Introduces Free Geo-Database That Helps PC Users Find Repair Professionals Who Use Service Center
RENO, Nev. (Oct 1, 2008) – PC-Doctor Inc. today introduced a free service that helps PC users find repair professionals who use PC-Doctor Service Center™ hardware diagnostics and repair kit.
To date, nearly 100 repair businesses have already opted to take advantage of the free service.
"We believe a large percentage of the 1,000-plus daily visitors to our website are looking for a service to repair their PC," said Doug van Aman, PC-Doctor's chief marketing officer. "We don't offer a repair service directly but we know who does – repair businesses that use PC-Doctor diagnostics!"
"We think this is an exciting way to refer business to our customers and at the same serve consumers who visit our website with a recommendation to repair professionals who rely upon industry-leading PC-Doctor® diagnostics," he added.
The database currently is searchable by zip, city and state for U.S. entries, by city and province for Canadian entries, and by city and country for all others.
All repair professionals who currently use PC-Doctor Service Center, versions 5 or 6, are eligible to have their company and all locations using PC-Doctor Service Center included in the database. Repair organizations that use older versions of PC-Doctor Service Center can be entered by upgrading to PC-Doctor 6.
