PC-Doctor releases Service Center® 16 with support for the latest hardware platforms
PC-Doctor, Inc., the global leader in system health, released the latest version of its popular diagnostic toolkit: Service Center 16.
RENO, Nevada (July 18, 2023) – PC-Doctor, Inc., the global leader in PC, Android, Chrome OS, and Intel-based Mac system health technologies, today released the latest version of its popular diagnostic toolkit: Service Center 16.
Service Center is powered by the same technology used by the world’s largest original equipment manufacturers for over 30 years—now updated to cover the latest hardware components and platforms, including Windows 11 ARM and Android 13 support, improved support for the latest CPUs from Intel, AMD, and ARM, and a refresh of the drivers included in Service Center Bootable Diagnostics.
“Technicians have come to expect the annual Service Center release to provide improved hardware support with new diagnostics, improved driver support, and a general refresh of the diagnostics and system information gathering capabilities,” said Eric Goldman, Director of Programs, Products, and Support. “With Service Center 16, we’re also pleased to announce a complete UI framework overhaul, providing faster response times and cleaner UI rendering.”
PC-Doctor Service Center 16 includes these additional features and improvements:
- Intel Raptor Lake, Raptor Lake S, Raptor Lake S-Refresh, and HX support
- DDR5 SPD reporting support in Windows, and memory controller support for Intel Alder Lake and Tiger Lake CPUs
- Additional support for Bluetooth audio endpoints, a new sound test parameter to control tested endpoints, with changed sound testing to default testing to connected endpoints
- New Backlight Test and Matrix Multiplication Stress Test to Windows, Bootable Diagnostics, and ChromeOS
- Ability to save diagnostics and system information reports to XML, and any report to PDF
- General improvements for storage devices, batteries, network testing, touchscreens, and much more!
